How do I apply for enrollment my child?
The first step is to complete the appropriate application form and submit it to the address listed on the form. New enrollment applications are available to the general community each year on August 15. Currently enrolled families will receive applications directly from the school.
How does the enrollment process work?
We base enrollment on the following priorities: 1) Church members and current staff, 2) children currently enrolled (according to length of enrollment), 3) siblings of currently enrolled children, 4) children previously enrolled, 5) siblings of children previously enrolled, and 6) “new” students who will be admitted with consideration given to the educational needs of the classrooms, cultural diversity, and date of application.
Our school affirms its commitment to cultural diversity, and will strive to become a diverse community of students and staff. To this end, we will actively seek to enroll students, recruit staff, and appoint Board members from diverse cultural, economic, religious, and ethnic backgrounds and abilities.
Is there an application fee?
There is no fee to apply for enrollment.
Is financial assistance available?
Are there any spaces available for the current school year?
Yes, a few spaces remain available in several of our classes. Please call the school at (502) 456-6991 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Can my child be on a waiting list for classes that are full?
If you are interested in being considered for the current school year (2017-2018) should a space become available, please complete an enrollment application and return a paper copy to the school. We keep a waiting file of applicants for one year and will only notify applicants if an opening becomes available.
How do I apply for the 2018-2019 school year?
Enrollment applications are available on our website beginning on August 15th. The School will respond to applications for the 2018-2019 school year by FEBRUARY 1 and thereafter.
